摘要
运用系统自组织理论,分析了企业的自组织特性:企业的开放性、非平衡性、能动性、非线性及涨落性;提出了我国企业自组织管理存在的问题;并进一步探讨了企业的自组织性对我国企业管理的要求,指出企业必须创新以增强对环境的适应性.
The corporation' s self-organizing characters, such as opening, not equilibrium, initiative, nonlinearity and instability, were analyzed by applying system' s self-organization theory. Then, the problems of our country in corporation' s self- organization management were pointed out. Lastly, its requirements for management of self-organization characters were mentioned, and it is put forward that the enterprise must innovate in order to strengthen the adaptability to environment.
