摘要
文章运用系统优化的思维方法,在论述了加强非公有制企业思想政治工作必要性的基础上,着重阐述了非公有制企业思想政治工作运行机制应遵循的三个基本原理;应从宏观、中观、微观三个层面入手建构运行机制;关键是做好企业主的思想政治工作和抓好党支部的建设;形成一个覆盖非公有制企业的思想政治工作网络;使之充分发挥支持、保证、教育、维护、协调和促进六大功能。这可通称为我国非公有制企业思想政治工作运行机制的"33216"系统工程。
Using systemic optimized thinking methods, this paper mainly deals with three principles that govern the mechanism of the ideological and political work in nonstate owned enterprises on the basis of elaborating the necessity for the strengthening this work; The authors hold that it is vital to construct the working mechanism from the macro, midcro and micro aspects; the key is to do good ideological and political work to the business owners and to establish Party branch among them; to form a network that covers the ideological and political work among the nonstate owned businesses; thus bringing the ideological work into full play in its six functions of supporting, guaranteeing, maintaining, coordinating and promoting the development of enterprises and educating the owners, hence the systemic project of '33216' in the mechanism of the ideological and political work in the nonstate owned business sectors.
