试论制约体育教学心理气氛的因素与对策 被引量:2

摘要 体育教学既是教师组织传授和学生学习、掌握体育知识、技术、技能的信息传递过程 ,也是以师生情感碰撞为主要特征的心理交流 ,形成真实、理解、接受的心理气氛过程。它以心理气氛的效应为背景 ,为学生提供一个小型的心理环境 ,作用于情感 ,影响着思维 ,对教学集体成员的价值、态度及行为发生重大影响。良好的教学心理气氛 ,有助于改善教学集体成员的认知、操作倾向 ,取得事半功倍的教学效果 ;反之 ,则会加重心理负荷 ,产生消极后效 ,从而阻碍体育教学的可接受性。 Sprots teaching is not only the process of transmitting message in which teachers organize teaching and students learn and master sports knowledge,techniques and skills,but the process in which teachers and students transmit psychology by their emotional meeting,and in which true,understanding and acceptable psychological atmosphere forms.It,taking the effect of psychological atmosphere as its background,offers students miniature psychological circumstances,affects emotions,influences thoughts,and has great influence on values,marinas and actions of teaching collective members.Good teaching psychological atmosphere will benefit improvement of cognition and manipulation treading,and get twice the result with half the effort.On the contrary,bad teaching psychological atmosphere will add to psychological load,and laue negative influence to hinder acceptability of sports teaching.
