摘要
市场营销是实践性和应用性非常强的学科,本专业主要培养学生的实践应用能力。为此,从人才培养目标、培养方式、具体实施方案等方面,就如何设计出适合学生实践能力提高的人才培养方案进行探讨,以期提高大学生实践创新能力,提高人才培养质量。
Marketing is high practice and application oriented major, focusing on the cultivation of the students' ability in the related fields. This paper designs the Personnel Education and Training Plan for marketing majors including educa- tion and training targets, modes, and specific executive plan, in order to improve practice and innovation ability of univer- sity students, increase personnel quality.
