摘要
介绍了一种新的共聚物类油井水泥减阻降滤失剂SD1 0。简要介绍了SD1 0的合成及产品物性 ,详尽报道了加有SD1 0的G级水泥浆 (包括加重、减轻水泥浆 )的室内性能测试结果 ,报道了SD1 0水泥浆在四川、塔里木、滇黔桂油气田 4口井固井中的应用情况。SD1 0具有优良的降滤失和减阻性能 ,一剂双效 ,加入SD1 0的水泥浆显示良好的综合性能。加入SD1 0水剂 4%— 7% (相当于干剂约 1 % )可使G级油井水泥浆 1 2 0℃、7MPa滤失量降低到2 0 0mL甚至 50mL以下 ,其流型接近牛顿型。
SD10 is a copolymer of sulfovinyl, vinyl, and carbonyl monomers in concentrated (19%) aqueous solution and is developed for reducing friction and filtrate loss of oilwell cement slurries. In this paper the synthesis of SD10 is described briefly, the performance properties of SD10 treated grade G oilwell cement slurries, weighted and lightened, in particular, are evaluated in laboratory and the uses of SD10 treated cement slurries in cementing four oil wells, deep and shallow and with complicating problems, in Sichuan, Yunnan Guizhou Guangxi, and Tarim are presented. Introducing 4-7% SD10 in solution (1% dry material) lowers filtrate loss of G grade cement slurries at 120℃ and 7 MPa in 30 min down to <200 mL and even <50 mL in some cases and changes the slurries to Newtonian fluid.
