摘要
针对超高密度水泥浆存在的诸多问题,通过系统研究,优选出了用粒径为0.076mm和0.043mm的赤铁矿按4:6的比例复配作加重剂,以减阻降失水剂SD10,降失水剂SD18、缓凝剂SD21、SD27和游离液控制剂T12作外加剂,并确定了各材料的加量。研究出了密度为2.50g/cm^3的超高密度水泥浆并对其进行了性能评价。该水泥浆具有较好的沉降稳定性、流变性、浆体热稳定性、稠化性能和抗压强度,失水量低且凝结时间长,可用于异常高压油气井固井,解决固井技术难题。
An ultra high density cement slurry(density 2.5g/cm^3)was developed using hematite powders of 0.076 mm and 0.043mm in diameter at a ratio of 4:6 as the weighting material,friction-reducing filter loss reducer SD10,filter loss reducer SD18,retarder SD21,SD27 and free water control agent T12 as the necessary additives. Laboratory evaluation of the cement slurry showed that the suspension stability,rheology,temperature stability, thickening performance and compressive strength of the cement slurry were all satisfactory.The cement slurry had a low filter loss and a long coagulation time.The cement slurry can be used in abnormal high pressure well cemen- ting jobs.
