聚合度和磺化度对油井水泥外加剂SPS性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 本文测定了室内合成聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(SPS)样品处理的G级水泥浆表现粘度、样品抗盐析能力及在G级水泥上的吸附量,讨论了SPS的聚合度和磺化反对SPS在水泥浆中减阻效果的影响。SPS样品以废旧聚苯乙烯塑料为原料制备。 A series of laboratory samples of sulfonated polystyrene of different degrees of different degrees of polymerization and sulfonation(DP and DS) in sodium salt form(SPS),prepared from waste polystyrene plastics,is tested for friction reduction (decrease in apparent viscosity) in SPS-treated cement(grade G)slurry and adsorption on cement particles at 27℃and 90℃and for salt-out point.It is shown that the apparent viscosity decreases and the adsorption increases with increasing DS at constant DP;all SPS samples with DS>~0.60 do not precipitate in saturated NaCI solution;high DP samples can not be used as friction reducer for well cement.
