摘要
本文结合中国部分冬小麦品种的性状资料,提出定向育种中亲本选配的一种方法。从考察的品种数量性状主成分分析结果来看,第一主成分所对应的特征向量决定性状是与产量有关的单株粒重、千粒重、每穗粒数等性状,并进行了聚类分析,用以着重探讨以产量为主要目标的育种优势分析;第二、三主成分所对应的特征向量决定性状与株高和穗部的几个性状有关,在聚类的基础上着重探讨以株高和穗部性状为主要目标的育种优势分析。然后在大于各类间可能组合的平均遗传距离(?)的聚类中选择具有优势的杂交组合。这种根据主成分贡献提出的有预定目标的优势数量分析观点,对于一般作物育种具有普遍意义。
Genetic distance between cultivars were calculated based on principle componentsof multiple traits of seventeen winter wheat varieties.Parental lines were grouped according to the values of the distance among these varieties by a method of cluster analysis.The derived groups of varieties provided a basis for selections of varieties for futurecrosses.It was shown in the paper that principle components can be analyzedseparately information for directional breeding.The seventeen winter wheat varietiesthat were analyzed in this paper were grown in the middle east region of China.Results of the analysis clearly demonstrated the usefulness of the proposed method.Implications of the method for general breeding programs were discussed.
