摘要
创造相似群,进行相像组配,实现大豆定向育种,可排除或减少非目的性状对目的型重组的干扰,提高选择率,增强定向性,使优良组合率由不到1.0%增加到13.0—40.9%,优株率由5.0%左右增加到23.6%.缩短育种进程1—3年.
To creat and select similar groups for recombination and match is a way of directed-breeding in soybean.This method effectively Overcome and eti-minate disruption to recombination of directed patterns caused by non-directed characters. It increased selective rate and breeding direction. Application of this method resulted a raise of dominant-combine rate from under 1.0% up to 13.0-40.9%,dominant -plant rate from about 5.0% to 23.6% and cut short breeding process by 1-3 years.
