摘要
根据产量、生育期,植株形态等方面19个性状,对15个常用亲本进行遗传距离的测定,划分了类群.在此基础上,通过对14个组合F_2代性状的研究,着重讨论了遗传距离与F_2代性状的变异关系.结果表明:1.亲本遗传距离与F_2代某些性状的表型变异系数呈显著正相关,而与另一些性状的表型变异系数相关不显著.2.亲本遗传距离与F_2代性状的均值无明显关系.文中指出:遗传距离能够指导亲本的选配.但在杂交育种中,应考虑育种方向和要求,有针对性地选择性状进行遗传距离的测定,根据遗传距离的大小,结合亲本的综合表现选配亲本.
According to the nineteen characters, such as yield,reriod of growth and plant rnorphology,ere, the genene ances of fifteen often-used parent plants were determined and divided into groupe, under ese conehions, the varianon relationships between tne genetic distances and tne F2 characteiswere mainly discussed ty studying tye F2 characters of rourteen combin tions. The resuits indicared that: 1. the parent genetic di ances were in a signicant positive eiations with the pheno yp variation voefficients of some characters of F2,but in an in-siniticant oneiations with those of hher. 2. the parent genetic distances were in an unclear relationship with the means of 1-2 cha a ers, It was pomted out in this paper that the genetic distance coula g ae the selection and combintion of parent. But during the cross-breeding,the breeding objedtive showd be c aered. Based on the figu es of gene i aistances determined ty using specially selected charactets and in addition the comprebensive expressions of parent plants,the parent plants coula be selcced and cornbined.
