摘要
本试验研究了甘蓝型油菜华油16号/Marnoo,华油13号/Wesroona 和71-39/Andor 3个杂交组合各世代种子中硫甙总量的遗传。硫甙含量是高值对低值为部份显性,细胞质不影响后代的硫甙含量。华油16号/Marnoo 和华油13号/Wesroona 两组合的亲本之间存在3对基因的差异,71-39/Andor 的亲本之间存在2对基因的差异。从而表明甘蓝型油菜有2(?)3对隐性基因控制种子中的低硫甙含量。基因效应分析表明,硫甙含量的遗传符合二基因互作模型,加性、显性和上位性效应均显著,不同的亲本材料,基因效应的表现形式有一定的差异。文中就发掘新的低硫甙种质资源、硫甙含量的细胞质效应及基因作用方式等问题进行了讨论。
The inheritance of the total content of glucosinolates in seeds of each generation derived from three crosses,Huayou No.16/Marnoo,Huayou No.13/Wesroona and71-39/Andor were studied.The results showed that the higher value of the totalglucosinolate content was partially dominant over the lower value.The differences oftotal glucosinolate content between the reciprocal crosses in the same generation wereinsignificant,namely,had no effects on the glucosinolate content of the progenies.Inthe two crosses,Huayou No.16/Marnoo and Huayou No.13/Wesroona,there existed three pairs of allelic differences for the inheritance of the total glucosinolate content,but in the cross 71-39/Andor,only two pairs.Furthermore,the analysis ofgenic effects indicated that the inheritance of glucosinolate content fitted for the digenicinteractional model.Besides additive and dominant effects,there existed also epistaticinteractions between in different loci genes,but the expression forms of genic effect varied with different materials.Approaches to find out new germplasms with lowglucosinolate content,the effect of cytoplasm on the glucosinolate content and theforms of gene interaction were also briefly discussed.
