摘要
我国自上个世纪80年代初开展油菜品质育种工作以来,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。本文从传统方法育种和现代生物技术育种两方面阐述了我国油菜品质育种工作的成绩和进展状况,包括双低油菜育种、黄籽油菜育种以及和现代生物技术如小孢子培养技术、原生质体融合技术、分子标记技术、转基因技术相结合的优质油菜品质育种状况,并针对我国油菜品质育种工作的前景作出了展望。
Great progress has been made since the quality breeding of rapeseed was taken on from 1980s in China. In this article the authors explain the progress and prospect from two aspects: the traditional ways and the modern ways, including double low rapeseed breeding, yellow seed rapeseed breeding and the ways united with microspore culture technology, molecular marker technology, transgenetic technology.
