摘要
为了解湖北省小麦抗条锈性现状,对湖北近10年来审(认)定的小麦品种进行了田间成株期抗条锈性评价,并采用系谱朔源法对各品种的条锈抗源进行了分析。结果表明,湖北省目前审(认)定的小麦品种抗条锈性整体水平较低;抗性主要来自繁六、南大2419、阿夫、洛类等抗源,有效抗源较单一且抗性已基本丧失,抗锈育种亟待加强。
To understand the status of resistance to stripe rust among the wheat cultivars released in the past decade in Hubei, the adult resistance to stripe rust of those cultivars was evaluated and the origins of their resistance were analyzed by pedigree analysis. The results indicated the resistance to stripe rust among these cultivars were lower in general and the origins of resistance were mainly inherited from Fan6, Nanda2419, Afu and Funo. It suggested that the effective resistance resources were narrow and the resistance of them had lost, so the breeding on resistance to stripe rust should be strengthened promptly in Hubei province.
