摘要
1996年利用小麦条锈菌25、29、30、31号4个优势小种,采用分小种成株抗条锈性鉴定法,对河北省23份生产品种(系)及59份高世代品系进行了抗条锈性研究,明确了河北省小麦生产品种及高世代品系对优势小种的抗条锈性现状。同年,用上述优势小种对160份原始材料也进行了抗锈性研究,从中筛选出71份抗源材料,在此基础上根据其对不同小种的抗锈性差异,为小麦抗条锈性育种抗病父本的选择提出了建议。
