摘要
目的对应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效进行研究分析。方法将本院2010年1月~2012年1月收治的400例小儿肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组200例,两组均给予抗生素和退热、止咳等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予糜蛋白酶雾化吸入治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果治疗组显效130例,有效62例,总有效率为96%;对照组显效54例,有效82例,总有效率为68%;两组治疗效果相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组相比患儿咳嗽消失、憋喘消失和喘鸣音消失的时间均显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未见明显不良反应。结论应用布地奈德雾化吸入对小儿肺炎进行治疗临床效果显著,不良反应较小,能够缩短患儿住院的时间,应在临床治疗上广泛推广。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of application of budesonide by aerosol inhalation in treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods Four hundred cases of pediatric pneumonia in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 200 cases in each group. Patients in two groups were given the conventional treatment of antibiotics, defervescence, anti-tussive and other conventional treatment, the treatment group was treated with budesonide by aerosol inhalation on base of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with chymotrypsin by aerosol inhalation on base of conventional treatment, clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the treatment group, there were 130 cases with excellent, 62 cases with effective, the total efficiency rate was 96%. In the control group, there were 54 cases with excellent, 82 cases with effective, the total efficiency rate was 68%, the difference of the treatment effect in two groups was significant (P 0.05). The time of cough disappeared, choke disappeared and wheezing disappeared in treatment group were shorter than that in control group with statistical significance (P 0.05). The two groups all had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion The clinical effect of application of budesonide by aerosol inhalation in treatment of pediatric pneumonia is obvious with less adverse reactions. It can shorten the time in hospital, and should be widely promotion in the clinical treatment.
