生态经济学视角下建筑工程可持续建设体系研究 被引量:7

Sustainable Building System for Construction Project in the Perspective of Ecological Economics

摘要 可持续发展作为处理代际关系的伦理准则逐步得到国际公认,该理论涉及自然科学与社会科学等多学科内容。在生态经济学的视域范围内和系统分析建筑工程项目可持续建设的内涵基础上,建立可持续建设三维系统,并运用生态经济学的生态效率测度工具以工程生态维度为例进行分析,为我国建设工程领域可持续建设的理论和测度研究提供思路。 Sustainable development is gradually universally acknowledged as an ethical norm to deal with intergeneration relations, which relates to a variety of subjects such as natural science, social science and so on. In the perspective of ecological economics and on the base of systematic analysis of the connotation of sustainable building, this paper establi- shes a three-dimension sustainable building system for construction project, and analyzes project ecological dimension by eco-efficiency measure tool, in order to provide a profound thought for tile study of theory and measure about sustainable building in the field of construetion projects in our country.
