摘要
随着中国城市化进程的加快,房地产开发量也随之增加,对资源和环境造成了巨大压力,房地产开发的可持续研究成为亟待解决的问题.通过对生态足迹基本模型的分析,借鉴国内外研究成果,提出房地产开发生态足迹的改进计算模型,在此基础上对2013年安徽省房地产开发进行实证分析.结果表明,安徽省房地产开发存在严重生态赤字,处于不可持续发展状态.最后从房地产开发生态足迹减量角度进行分析,提出一些应对措施.
As China's urbanization process is accelerated,the amount of housing construction also increases,which causes tremendous pressure for the resources and environment.The sustainable development of real estate industry has become a problem to be solved.In this paper,based on the analysis of the basic model of ecological footprint and lessons from domestic and foreign research results,the improved ecological footprint model is put forward and an empirical study is conducted on the real estate development in Anhui province in 2013 based on the model.The results show that the real estate development in Anhui province is in serious ecological deficit,which is the state of unsustainable development.At last,some countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of the ecological footprint reduction of real estate development.
