摘要
目的建立不同伴生物三七总皂苷的指纹图谱,对其化学成分进行综合评价。方法对4种不同伴生物三七总皂苷,各6批,采用HPLC法进行分析,制定以三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1及人参皂苷Rb1为参照物的指纹图谱;运用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)版",计算各被测样品的HPLC指纹图谱的整体相似度。结果不同伴生物三七总皂苷各有10个共有峰、6批被测样品的色谱指纹图谱的整体相似度均在0.99以上,并得出了各自相应的对照指纹图谱。结论该指纹图谱方法简便、重现性好,表明了不同伴生物三七总皂苷成分分布及比例稳定、均匀一性良好,制备方法稳定、合理、可靠。
Objective To establish fingerprints of the different concomitance in notoginseng total saponins by HPLC, and compre- hensive evaluate the chemical components. Methods The notoginseng saponins R1 ,ginseng saponins Rgl and ginseng saponins Rbl being as referance to formulated fingerprints, four differents concomitance in notoginseng total saponins were analysised, with each of 6 batch. The whole fingerprint similarity,was eadeulated by using ＂traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity of evaluation system （2004 A） edition＂. Results Different concomitance in notoginseng total saponins had 10 common peaks. Six batch of the test sample chromatography fingerprints chromatogram were the similarity in more than 0.99, and estabilished their corresponding con- trast fingerprints. Conclusion The fingerprint method is simple, reproducible, and shows that the distribution and ratio is stability of different concomitance in notoginseng total saponins,preparation methods is stability, reasonable and reliable.
