摘要
目的探索伴生物质对三七总皂苷喷雾干燥适应性的影响。方法对伴生物三七总皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ分别采用喷雾干燥,以样品收率、含水率,以及三七总皂苷含量为考察指标,结合样品外观性状进行综合评价其对相对密度及雾化器转速的适应性。结果不同伴生物质组成三七总皂苷喷雾干燥工艺的最佳工艺参数差异较大,且所得产物的定性、定量指标也有较大差异。结论伴生物质对喷雾干燥的适应性影响较大。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of concomitance on the adaptability of panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) spray draying. Methods The concomitance PNS I,III,V,and VII were spraying dried. Their adaptability to relative density and the rotating speed of atomization device were evaluated with the sample yield rate,water content rate,and PNS content as investigating indexes together with appearance description of the sample. Results There were significant differences between the optimal technical parameters of PNS spray draying techniques composed of different concomitances,and the qualitative and quantitative indexes differed greatly. Conclusion Concomitances have significant influence on the adaptability of spray drying.
