摘要
目的:探讨头面部血管瘤手术适应证及效果。方法:手术方案分为瘤体切除缝合切口、植皮、皮瓣转移修复、术前血管栓塞加手术切除。结果:162例患者手术切除效果及外形满意。结论:手术切除是治疗头面部血管瘤和血管畸形的有效方法。
Objective To summarize the effects and indication of surgery in craniofacialm hemangloma, iwetnoes Suture of tumor resection,skin grafting, local skin flap,surgical resection after conservative treatment of preoperative. Results get better operation result in 162 case. Conclusion surgical resection was the effective way to cure hemangioma and vascular malformation in head and face
