摘要
血管瘤是婴幼儿最常见的良性肿瘤,且好发于头面部,生长迅速,不仅影响患者的外观和功能,并且对患者及家属造成很大的心理负担。目前对于血管瘤的病因,不同的学者持有不同的观点,但没有一个普遍接受的理论来解释血管瘤的成因和生物学行为。对于此类疾病的治疗方法很多,但均不能达到满意疗效。本文就血管瘤的发病机制、治疗方法及治疗前景做一综述。
Hemangiomas are the most common benign tumor of infancy and often occur in the maxillofacial region. The lesions usually grow rapidly and not only affect the appearance and function of patients but also can cause the psychological problems. At present, different scholars have different views and there is no universally accepted theory for the etiology of hemangiomas. The methods of the treatment are varied, but the effects are all unsatisfactory. This paper reviewed the pathogenesis, therapy and perspective of treatment of the hemangiomas.
