摘要
在卓越教师培养过程中可建立"学生专业社群",促进职前教育的科学化,提升教育实践类和教育技能类课程的权重比,建立学科教学知识体系;打破单一保守的框架结构,建立开放多元的人才培养模式;在实践教学平台建设上,建立卓越教师培养的"特区政策",为培养具有创新精神和能力的高素质教师队伍奠定坚实基础。
In the process of cultivation of outstanding teachers, we can set up "students professional societies", which can promote the pre-service education scientific, improve education practice class and education skills class weight ratio, build up the subject teaching knowledge system. We can also break single conservative frame structure and establish an open multiple talent training model. In order to lay a solid foundation on cultivate creative spirit and ability of the high quality teacher team, we must establish "zone policy" on outstanding teachers training in the practice teaching platform construc- tion.
