摘要
目的探讨全息针刺联合中医整体护理在下肢骨折术后疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法将120例下肢骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予骨科常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予全息针刺和中医整体护理,包括第二掌骨全息针刺、中医饮食、睡眠调护、健康教育、磁珠压耳穴、中药包外敷、扣膻中穴及开天门等措施。然后观察两组患者术后不同时段的疼痛程度及睡眠质量,并进行比较分析。结果观察组各时点的疼痛程度、睡眠质量与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全息针刺联合中医整体护理能够显著缓解下肢骨折术后疼痛的程度,提高睡眠质量,促进早期康复。同时中医护理方法简单易掌握,全息穴位系统简单,穴名易于记忆,便于临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the analgesic efficacy of the holographic acupuncture with TCM-holistic nursing care in patients with lower limb fracture after operation.Methods 120 patients with lower limb fracture after operation were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group（60 cases in each group）.The routine nursing care was used in the control group,the holographic acupuncture with TCM holistic nursing care was applied in the observation group,which included the holographic acupuncture points along second metacarpal,Chinese medicine diet,sleep nursing,health education,magenetic beads on Ear-points,Chinese herbal compress,knocking Danzhong（CV 17）,and massage on Tianmen point.Then observed and compared the changes in patients of two-group in different periods of pain intensity and sleep quality.Results The pain intensity and sleep quality of the observation group of patients at each time point had statistical significance compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusions The holographic acupuncture with TCM holistic nursing care can significantly alleviate the pain of the lower limb fracture surgery,improve their sleep quality,and promote early rehabilitation.The TCM nursing methods and the acupuncture points system is simple and easy to remember,which makes it easy for popularization and application in clinic.
