摘要
目的探讨手术配合中医药治疗踝部骨折的临床效果。方法按照是否接受中医治疗将97例踝部骨折患者分为实验组50例和对照组47例,对照组患者给予西医内固定手术治疗,实验组患者在此基础上加用中药外洗和中药内服治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后Barid-Jackson踝关节疼痛、稳定及行走评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后优良率明显高于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药能够明显提高内固定手术治疗效果,改善患者关节功能,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of operation combined with TCM in the treatment of malleolus fracture. Methods 97 cases of patients with malleolus fracture were divided into experiment group（50 cases） and control group（47 cases）. The control group was treated by internal fixation. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group was treated by external washing and internal administration. The clinical effects were compared. Results The scores of Barid-Jackson ankle pain, stability and walk of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The excellent rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The TCM has good clinical effects on the patients with malleolus fracture by operation. It can improve the joint function, and has high values of clinical application.
