摘要
目的探讨护理工作人员在患者遇到骨外伤所致的严重疼痛时应给予的护理方法。方法将2008年3月至2010年3月入我科治疗的骨外伤所致的严重疼痛的141例患者随机分为治疗组和观察组两部分,2组患者均给予常规护理方法,但治疗组患者在此基础上,给予疼痛教育、中医按摩、精力分散等特殊护理对待,并持续1周,观察2组患者的恢复情况。结果 1周的特殊护理对待后,根据WHO疼痛程度分级标准评估,治疗组患者恢复情况大大好于对照组。结论特殊的护理对待在缓解骨伤科病人疼痛方面效果明显,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To discuss the method when we meet the aching patient for born injured.Methods The process of the experiment：take 141 patients who were born injured and asked for the help who between March 2008 to March 2010 to the different groups：the treatment group and the observed group.General method was given to both of them,and the treatment group can gain the better favor,the aching,the massageand so on.Results We evaluated the effect of the two groups after a week.The effect of the experiment：the treatment grup had a better recovery.Conclusion The especial method had a good result for helping the aching patient,and it was worth to extend,education.
