摘要
研究了原位合成的钯 -三苯基膦配合物对于二乙酰一肟 ( DAM)均相加氢性能。考察了不同反应温度、氢气分压、反应时间、溶剂、PPh3/Pd摩尔比和酸的影响规律。结果发现 ,在研究范围内 DAM转化率和四甲基吡嗪的收率随着反应温度升高而提高 ,氢气分压、PPh3/Pd摩尔比和酸量的影响都存在一最佳值 ,分别为 1 .2 0 MPa、5/1和 0 .86/1 (盐酸 /DAM摩尔比 )。获得最大的二乙酰一肟转化率为 94.69% ,四甲基吡嗪的收率为 91 .81 %。
Catalytic hydrogenation of diacetyl monoxime to tetramethylpyrazine, by the Pd PPh 3 complex generated in situ, was investigated. The effects of reaction temperature, hydrogen pressure, reaction time, solvent, PPh 3/Pd mole ratio and acid on the reaction results have been explored. The results showed from experiments that the conversion of diacetyl monoxime and yield of tetramethylpyrazine increased with increasing the reaction temperature. But the influences of PH 2, PPh 3/Pd mole ratio and amount of acid on the reaction results have the optimum values, which are 1.2 MPa, 5 and 0.86 mole respectively. The conversion of DAM and yield of TMP were 94.69% and 91.81%, under the experimental conditions. [WT5HZ]
