摘要
研究了在β-环糊精存在的条件下四甲基吡嗪的N-氧化反应。结果表明,β-环糊精可使四甲基吡嗪的氧化反应速率增加1.54倍,而使1-氧化四甲基吡嗪的氧化反应速率减慢至原来的6.62分之一。
The N-oxidation of tetramethylpyrazine in the presence of β-cyclodextrin has been studied. The experimental data show that the oxidation rate of tetramethylpyrazine in the presence of β-cyclodextrin is 1.54 times of that when no β-cyclodextrin is present, while the oxidation rate of tetramethylpyrazine-1-oxide reduces to 1/6.62 of the original one when β-cyclodextrin is present.
