摘要
通过对国内蔬菜中重金属铅污染的来源、研究现状、蔬菜对铅的吸收与富集规律方面的论述,探讨了蔬菜中重金属铅污染的防治方法,为开展蔬菜中重金属铅污染研究提供参考和借鉴。
Through discussing the source of lead pollution, researching status of domestic study on lead pollution of vegetables, the absorption and accumulation law of lead pollution, we put forward the prevention and control measures of lead pollution of vegetables ; provide reference to carry out the study on lead pollution in vegetables.
