摘要
目的:探讨持续负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术在深度烧伤创面修复中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年3月—2011年12月应用VSD治疗的28例深度烧伤及难愈性患者。结果:28例患者中24例经1次VSD治疗后出现新鲜肉芽组织,移植刃厚或中厚皮片,术后皮片存活。其余4例患者经2次VSD治疗后,创面新鲜,行植皮或皮瓣转移术修复创面。结论:负压封闭引流是非常有效的引流手段,它可以促进创面的愈合,减少换药的次数,减轻医护人员的工作量。
Objective：To investigate the clinical value of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in deep burn wounds . Methods： The clinical data of 28 cases of deep burns who underwent VSD from March 2010 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： After the first treatment of VSD, 24 cases had fresh granulation, and then epidermal skin or thin intermediated thick skin were transplanted to the wounds and the skin took well In the other 4 cases, after the second treatment of VSD, the gran- ulations on the surface of the wounds were all fresh, and second stage closure or skin grafting was done successfully to close the wounds. Conclusions： VSD is an effective way to treat open soft tissue injuries. It can reduce the times of dressing and thus lighten the burden of doctors and nurses.
