摘要
目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术辅助治疗四肢骨折合并烧伤的临床疗效。方法:对12例四肢骨折合并大面积烧伤患者采用锁定钢板内固定或外固定支架外固定结合负压封闭引流(VSD)技术。结果:所有创面均被肉芽组织覆盖,肉芽组织新鲜,二期均采用中厚皮片游离植皮,创面植皮均一期愈合,无1例钢板外露及骨髓炎发生。结论:内、外固定结合VSD治疗四肢骨折合并大面积烧伤取得满意的效果,是处理四肢骨折合并大面积烧伤的一种新的、积极有效的方法。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage in treatment of limb fracture combined with large-area burn.Methods：We treated 12 patients with limb fracture combined with burn by locking plate internal fixation or external fixation frame united with vacuum sealing drainage.Results：All wounds were covered by fresh granulation tissue.All wounds were repaired by intermediate split thickness skin graft at the two stage.They all healed by first intention.No plate was exposed and no osteomyelitis occurred.Conclusion：we acquired the satisfactory effect on treatment in limb fracture combined with large-area burn by internal and external fixation united with vacuum sealing drainage,which is a new and effective method.
