摘要
目的 :观察应用前列腺灌注管加压灌注药物治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果。方法 :对 176例慢性前列腺炎患者经尿道置入前列腺灌注管加压灌注药物并联合多功能前列腺治疗仪治疗。结果 :176例中治愈 134例 ,好转32例 ,有效率 94.3%。治疗后随访 6～ 18个月 ,8例复发。结论 :应用前列腺灌注管加压灌注药物并联合多功能前列腺治疗仪治疗慢性前列腺炎具有疗效好、副作用少的优点 。
Purpose:To improve the therapeutic efficacy of chronic prostatitis.Methods:176 patients with chronic prostatitis were treated with inflating drug perfusion through prostate perfusion catheter in combination with physical therapy by multifunction prostate therapeutic instrument.Results:In 176 patientes,134 patients were cured,32 patients were improved.The effective rate was 94.3 %.Folowup for 6~18 months after treatment,only 8 patients relapse.Conclusions:Therapy of chronic prostatitis with prostate perfusion catheter perfusion method in combination with physical therapy by multifunction prostate therapeutic instrument is one of the important therapies available for chronic prostatitis with the advantages of high effectiveness and less complication.
