摘要
Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ＣＥ是微软推出的面向非ＰＣ领域的操作系统，具有良好的应用前景，本文介绍了一个基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ＣＥ的数据库管理系统的设计和实现。
Windows CE is an operating system developed by Microsoft Corporation for non-PC field, Which has a good application prospects. In this paper, the designing and achieving of a database management system based on Windows CE will introduced.
