摘要
目的:探讨川参通注射液与抗生素配伍局部注射,加服中药煎剂治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:对2007-2011年90例慢性前列腺炎,随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组均采用川参通注射液与抗生素配伍前列腺内注射,治疗组加服中药,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈27例,显效13例,有效1例,总有效率为91.1%,治疗组有效率高于对照组(75.6%),差异具有统计学意义(字2=3.920,P<0.05)。结论:中药联合川参通抗生素配伍治疗慢性前列腺炎有效率较高,联合中药治疗慢性前列腺炎,对于提高疗效及改善其症状,具有一定的应用价值。
Objective： To study the effect of treating chronic prostatitis by Chinese Medicine combined with Chuanshentong injection and antibiotic. Method： 90 patients in 2007 to 2011 with Chronic Prastatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 45 cases. Each of them was treated by Chuanshentong and antibiotic part-injection, the treatment group were taken Chinese traditional medicine, and observing the curative effect.Result： In treatment group, 27 cases were completely cured, 13 cases showed remarkable effect and 1 case was improved , the total effective rate was 91.1%. The efficacy rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group （75.6%） （X2=3.920, P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Taking Chinese Medicine combined with injecting the mixed solution of Chuanshentong and Antibiotic, it is advantageous on absorption and remarkable.Taking Chinese Medicine supply treating chronic prostatitis has a certain application value in enhancing the curative effect and improving its symptoms.
