摘要
:研究了从豆类淀粉粉浆废水中提取蛋白质及氨基酸的方法 .采用加入葡糖酸—δ—内酯使蛋白质沉淀析出工艺 ,然后水解得到氨基酸 .经中试 ,每吨粉浆废水中能够提取 2 0kg粗蛋白 ,氨基酸产率为粗蛋白中总氮的 88 7% .
A method of producing protein and amino acid from bean starch wastewater was studied.The protein precipitated by adding glucono delta lactone and then amino acids were obtained by hydrolyzing protein.It was indicated that 20kg crude protein can be produced from per ton starch wastewater.The ratio of amino acid produced was over 80% according to total nitrogen in crude protein.
