THEORETICAL STUDY ON THE DECREASE OF IODINE VALUE IN THE HYDROGENATION OF OILS AND FATS

摘要 以油脂氢化理论为基础 ,导出油脂氢化反应中碘值变化的理论公式 .该式概括了已有的经验公式 ,可从理论上阐明各经验参数的物理意义 ,并可解释现有的经验规律 ;实验验证了理论公式 ,理论计算值与实验值相一致 ; A theoretical equation in the decrease of iodine value in the hydrogenation of oils and fats is derived from the theory of hydrogenation.It is verified by the results of series of experimnets in which the iodine value is measured.We find that the calculation results are coincident with the related experiment data.The equation can be used to sum up empirical formula.The measuring principle and method for catalytic activity of hydrohenated catalyst of oils and fats is also given.
