摘要
通过介绍目前广为认可的油脂氢化作用机理,油脂氢化催化剂的发展情况,以及影响油脂氢化选择性的重要因素,多角度回顾和概述了油脂氢化改性的研究进展,为油脂氢化的进一步研究提供了较为全面的素材。
This study is attempted to trace the through introducing the most widely accepted newest research progress of oil mechanism of oil hydrogena hydrogenated modification tion, the development of catalyst used in oil hydrogenation as well as the significant factors that impact the selectivity of oil hydrogenation, which can provide a basis and reference for further researches on oil hydrogenation.
