摘要
本文通过对目前国内常用的几种多相油脂加氢催化剂(进口催化剂及进口催化剂代用品)活性的比较研究,找出了它们在180℃时的活性大小顺序,建立了氢化茶籽油的折光指数与碘值间的关系公式。并对活性适中的PRICAT9900催化剂进行了进一步研究,测定其在不同温度下的选择性指数及该催化剂的氢化活化能。从而形成了有关催化剂活性顺序的完整理论体系。
By comparison between the activations of several muItiple-phase hydrogena-tion catalvsts (imported catalyst or its substitute)commenly used in our country,the activation sequence at 180℃ was found out and the formula of the relation between the reiractiveindex of teaseed oil hydrogenation and the iodine value was established.Meanwhile,furtherstudies were made of the catalvst PRICAT9900 of medium activation,and the selection indexat different teperatures as well as the hydrogenation activation energy of the catalyst wasidentified ,thus establishing a systematic theory about the activation sequence of catalysts.
