广东饲料微生物污染状况的研究 被引量:1

A Study on Microorganism Contamination of Feeds in Guangdong

摘要 对从广东省饲料厂采集的 45个样品进行了微生物污染状况的分析。结果表明 :霉菌检出率最高 ,达10 0 % ,带菌量为 3.6 4× 10 4 cfu/g ;细菌带菌量最高 ,达 5 .33× 10 4 cfu/g。在霉菌中 ,曲霉属检出率最高 ,达 97.8% ,带菌量为 1.36× 10 4 cfu/g ;青霉和芽枝霉也是饲料中常见菌 ;在曲霉属中 ,以灰绿曲霉和白曲霉最常见 ,带菌量高 ;杂色曲霉也较常见 ,带菌量低 ;黄曲霉检出率和带菌量都较低。不同原料中 ,玉米污染严重 ,饼粕类原料比鱼粉、玉米蛋白粉菌相复杂 ,带菌量高 ;国产豆粕和玉米蛋白粉比进口污染较重 ,不同批次间差异较大。 samples of pellet feeds and raw materials were collected from Guangdong feed mills to investigate microorganism contamination. The results showed that the isolated frequency of molds reached 100%, the highest among all the microorganisms. The average count of molds was 3.64×10 4 cfu/g; the isolated frequency of Aspergillus reached 97.8%, the highest among the molds, its average content was 1.36×10 4 cfu/g. And Aspergillus glaucus and Aspergillus condidus were also frequently isolated and their contents were relatively high. Aspergillus flavus was less isolated. Among different raw materials, corn and cakes were more severely contaminated than fish meal and corn gluten meal. Imported soybean meal and corn gluten meal were less contaminated than the domestic.
