摘要
研究了氮、磷含量对三角褐指藻生长、生化组成及脂肪酸组成含量的影响。试验结果表明,当尿素质量浓度为0.35g/L时,微藻的生长、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量、总脂的积累及脂肪酸的含量均达到最大值,且明显优于对照组;尿素质量浓度为0.7、1.4g/L时,可以生长,但各项指标明显下降;尿素质量浓度为3.5、7.0g/L时,微藻生长受到抑制。当磷酸氢二钾质量浓度为0.05g/L时,微藻的生长、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量、总脂的积累及脂肪酸的含量均达到最大值,且明显优于对照组;磷酸氢二钾质量浓度为0.25、0.5g/L时,其生长明显受到了抑制,各项指标显著降低。
The effects of nitrogen, and phosphorus levels on growth, biochemical composition, and fatty acid composition and content was investigated in alga Phaeodactylum tricornuturn. The maximal growth rate, soluble sugar, soluble protein content and total lipid accumulation were found in the alga cultivated in the medium containing 0.35 g/L urea, significantly higher than those in the control group. The alga was survived and grew at urea concentration of 0.7 g/L and 1.4 g/L, but was inhibited in growth, even died gradually,at higer urea concentration. There were the maximal growth, soluble sugar, soluble pro- tein content and total lipid accumulation in the alga cultivated in the medium containing phosphorus con- centration of 0.05 g/L. The growth of the alga was significantly inhibited at phosphorus concentration of 0. 075 g/L and 0.1 g/L.
