摘要
对水飞蓟资源、化学成分、提取工艺及水飞蓟油药理活性等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并提出了开发利用水飞蓟油的建议。
This paper reviews the recent research on resources,chemical constituents,extraction process,pharmacological action and related research development of application and put forward some proposals on the utilization of milk thistle.
