摘要
水飞蓟种籽含油量在30%以上含亚油酸为53.65%。水飞蓟油有降低血浆胆固醇和治疗高血压病作用。本实验证明水飞蓟油防治实验性主动脉粥样硬化有显著作用:胆固醇组主动脉粥样硬化斑块面积总和为57.07cm^2,水飞蓟油组为45.7cm^2。硬化斑块占主动脉内膜总面积:胆固醇组为34.20%,水飞蓟油组为30.52%,二组间存在着显著差异(P<0.05)。实验性主动脉粥样硬化斑块分级的积分值分别是对照组为0,胆固醇组为10,水飞蓟油组为6,三组之间存在着明显差异(P<0.05)。实验结果:水飞蓟油防治实验性主动脉粥样硬化斑块形成有显效。
There are over 30% oil content and 53.65% linoleic in silybum maicnum seeds.Silybum maicnum olis (S) may decrease plasms cholesterol (C) and treat hypertensin.Our study found that silybum maicnum oils played an important part in preventing the expiremental aortic atheroscle- rosis.The total areas of aortic atheroslerosis separately showed;in C group,57.07 cm and im S group,45.71cm.The ratio between sclerotic plaque and the total areas of aortic intimas was:in C group,34.20% and in S group 30.52%.There was a notable difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The integral value of the plaque grading in the expiremental aortic athesclerosis re- spectively was:in control:O,C group,10 and in S groupp,6,with notabal difference in three groups (P<0.05),the results showed that silybum maicnum oils could effectively prevent expire- mental aortic atheroscleresis.
