输尿管镜下钬激光治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院2005年7月至2011年12月采取手术治疗的尿道尖锐湿疣男性患者50例,其中观察组17例采用输尿管镜下钬激光汽化疣体,对照组33例采用尿道膀胱镜下电切(15例)及匙刮(18例)治疗,比较两组的治愈率、复发率及尿道狭窄率。结果术后随访6~12个月,观察组一次性治愈率高于对照组,复发率和尿道狭窄发生率低于对照组。结论相对于传统方法,输尿管镜下钬激光是一种治疗尿道尖锐湿疣安全、有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the application value of treatment with holmium laser through ureteroscope for urethral condyloma acuminateMethods The clinical data of 50 male urethral condyloma acuminate patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2005 to December 201 l were collected and retrospectively analyzed. 17 cases of the experimental group were treated by vaporizing the verruca with holmium laser through ureteroscope while 33 cases of the control group were treated by electrocision ( 15 cases ) and curettage ( 18 cases ) through ureteroscope respectively. Then compare the cure rate and urethral stricture rate between the two groups. Results After being followed-up for 6 to 12 months, the one-off cure rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than the control group, and the recurrence rate and urcthrostenosis occurrence rate of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group. Conclusion compared with the traditional methods, treatment with holmium laser through ureteroscope is an safe and effective and method safe for urethral condyloma acuminate treatment.
