输尿管镜钬激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣(附5例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的安全性和有效性。方法在输尿管镜下用钬激光汽化或切除疣体。结果本组5例手术时间20~50分钟,平均30分钟,术中无尿道穿孔,导尿管留置时间5天,随访半年无尿道狭窄,1例复发经再次钬激光治疗,随访半年未再复发。结论钬激光经尿道治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣是一种安全、高效的方法。 Objective To evalutate the efficacy and safety of holmium laser resection under ureteroscope for treatment of urethral condylomata acuminate. Methods Transurethral resection by holmium laser under ureteroscope was undertaken for 5 cases of urethral condylomata acuminate. Results The mean operative time was 30 min ( range,20 - 50 min), none had urethra perforation, Follow- up lasted 6 months. No case had urethral stenosis,but 1 developed recurrence, in 3 months. Being treated again, this case hadnt recurred. Conclusion Transurethral holmium laser technique is safe and effective for the treatment of urethral condylomata acuminate.
