摘要
介绍了以柴油乳化为基础的节能环保型燃料的混合、测试等实验系统装置的开发,实验装置包括燃料混合装置、柴油机测试系统和电涡流测功系统等。该装置燃料混合可采用不同的混合方法,测试系统完全由计算机控制,操作简单。试验使用配制不同柴油与水混合比例的乳化油进行了一系列的发动机台架性能实验,实测了柴油机缸内压力和主要的排放数据和试验结果,并进行了系统分析。结果表明,柴油机燃用乳化油确实能起到节油的作用,并且使排放的有害物质NOx、HC和烟度等在不同程度上得到降低,具有一定的推广价值。
This paper introduced the research and development of an experiment system for blended fuel,with emphasis on energy economy and environmental friendlyness.The system,including processes of blending and testing,was based on the concept of diesel oil emulsification.The experimental system was composed of fuel blending devices,diesel testing devices,eddy current testing devices and etc.The system allowed different methods of fuel blending.With simple operation,the whole process was controlled and supervised by the computer.A series of bench tests that diesel fuel and different proportional water-in-oil emulsified fuels are combusted in diesel engine to test its performance,and to relatively analyze the other exhaust emissions of diesel engine.Experiments and analyses on water-in-oil emulsified fuel are made and the results show that the diesel engine using water-in-oil emulsified fuel,compared to diesel oil,not only reduceas energy utilization,but also decreases the emission index of NOx,HC and soot.It proves that emulsified fuel is worth popularizing.
