摘要
膜乳化作为一种新型的乳状液制备技术,可以制备各种类型粒径的单分散乳状液。膜乳化过程所需能耗较低、条件温和,在食品乳状液、药物控释系统、单分散微球(囊)的制备等诸多领域有着广泛的应用前景。本文对膜乳化技术的原理及应用研究进展作了综述。
Membrane emulsification, as a new type of technique, can prepare various kinds of monodispersed emulsions. Due to the low energy input and mild operation condition, membrane emulsification has potential applications in the preparation of emulsions, drug delivery systems, monodispersed microspheres/micrcapsules. This paper summarized its principle and applications.
