摘要
围绕培养创新人才问题,介绍了多年来学校开展学生科技创新活动的情况,提出明确精英教育理念、完善人才培养机制、打造实践教学平台、营造创新实践氛围4个方面的举措,构成一个培养创新人才协同化的实践教学新体系,取得了比较明显的效果。
This paper is committed to perform a study on talent cultivation by introducing the student S T innovation activities.The author proposed the integrated practice teaching system for talent cultivation,which includes the four strategies of defining elite education concept,completing a talent cultivation system,establishing a practice teaching platform,and creating an innovation practice environment.The system is displaying effective roles in talent cultivation practices.
