保留膀胱切除术联合紫杉醇介入治疗局部浸润性膀胱癌临床疗效 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察保留膀胱切除术联合紫杉醇介入化疗治疗局部浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法对我院收治的36例局部浸润性膀胱癌患者采取膀胱部分切除术或经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术进行治疗,术后随机分为两组,对照组以丝裂霉素行膀胱内灌注化疗联合盐酸吉西他滨和顺铂全身化疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加入紫杉醇介入治疗,比较两组的有效率和生存率。结果观察组有效率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。观察组的3年生存率为72.2%,明显高于对照组的61.1%。结论保留膀胱切除术联合紫杉醇介入治疗可作为手术联合化疗治疗局部浸润性膀胱癌又一项可行的治疗方案,值得临床推广。
