摘要
为研究施肥、解淀粉芽孢杆菌及母竹粗度对勃氏甜龙竹分株扩繁萌蘖和生长的影响,以1年生勃氏甜龙竹埋节苗作为试验材料,施肥、解淀粉芽孢杆菌B9601-Y2和母竹粗度为因素,采用U12(6×32)混合水平均匀试验设计进行分株扩繁苗木培育试验。结果表明:(1)施肥对新竹分蘖数量具有极显著的差异影响(P=0.002<0.01),并显著地影响萌蘖新竹苗高的生长(P=0.044<0.05);(2)解淀粉芽孢杆菌B9601-Y2显著地影响分株成活率和新竹分蘖数量(P=0.030<0.05,P=0.024<0.05);(3)母竹粗度极显著地影响萌蘖新竹的苗高(P=0.009<0.01)、显著地影响其分蘖数量及地径生长(P=0.029<0.05,P=0.042<0.05)。促进成活率、新竹分蘖和新竹生长的最优处理组合为A4B3C2,即施复合肥150 g/株、解淀粉芽孢杆菌B9601-Y2浓度6.4×106cfu/mL浸泡地径2.0 cm≤D<3.0 cm的埋节母株,其成活率、新竹分蘖数量和新竹的平均地径、苗高分别达100.0%,4.9株/丛、3.8 cm,4.5 m。
The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of fertilization, Bacillus amyloliquefaciensand basal diameter of ortets on numbers with growth parameters of new bamboo ramet of Dendrocalamus brandisii, one-year-old D. brandisii bamboo seedling buried culms was selected as the test material.Different amounts of compound fertilizer, solution concentrations of B. amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2 and basal diameter of ortets were trail factors and levels. The U12(6 × 32) mixed-level uniform designwas applied to implement experiment of seedling proliferation in order to increase transplanted stocks. The results showed that (1) the fertilizer was significantly influenced the ramet numbers and theirheights (P =0. 002 〈0.01, P =0. 044 〈0. 05) ; (2) there were significant differences of ortet survival rate and ramet numbers ( P = 0. 030 〈 0. 05, P = 0. 024 〈 0. 05 ) between solution concentrations ofBacillus amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2; (3) basal diameters of ortets were significantly influenced the basal diameter, height and ramet numbers (P = 0. 009 〈 0. 01, P = 0. 029 〈 0. 05, P = 0. 042 〈0. 05). The optimal treated combination was A4BaC2, i.e., compound fertilizer 150 g/ortet with 6.4 × 106 cfu,/mL of B9601-Y2 B. amyloliquefaciens solution to treat one-year-old and 2 - 3 basal di-ameter culms of the ortets, which with the mean survival percent, basal diameter and height of the ramet were 100. 0%, 4.9 ramet/ortet, 3.8cm and 4.5m, respectively.
