摘要
生防菌B96 0 1对植物具有促生长作用。温室试验表明 :该菌株对金边富贵竹扦插生根有极显著的促进作用 ,且与所用菌液浓度呈直线关系。蔬菜盆栽试验表明 :B96 0 1对中国石竹和空心菜促生长作用显著 ,特别是在灭菌土上比自然土上应用的效果更显著。
A biocontrol Bacillus strain B9601 has plant growth-promoting effect The agent could promote root lengthening and thickening of Dracaena sanderiana with significance as its concentration used increased in the greenhouse This strain also promoted Chinese pink (Dianthus chinensis) and water convovulus (Ipomoea aquatica) to grow significantly when it was employed in sterilized and nature soils compared with water control The growth-promoting effect,however,was better in sterilized soil than in natural soil
