摘要
以初始体重为13.67±2.38 g的淡水白鲳为试验对象,按照U6(66)均匀试验设计,在淡水白鲳基础饲料中分别添加0.50.100,150,200,250 mg/kg L-肉碱和0.50,100,150,200.250 mg/kg的碘化酪蛋白。经过50 d的生长试验。结果表明:添加200 mg/kg的L-肉碱+100 mg/kg的碘化酪蛋白时,试验组中淡水白鲳的特定生长率最大,为2.44%/d,蛋白效率最高,为2.39%,其肥满度最大,为3.98%,鱼体蛋白质含量最高,为14.30%。肝体指数最低,为1.05%。综合各方面考虑,试验中L-肉碱和碘化酪蛋白的适宜添加水平为:L-肉碱:200 mg/kg碘化酪蛋白:100mg/kg。
The Uniformity Design of U6 (66) was adopted in a growth experiment with Colossoma brichypomun with an initial body weight of 13. 67###2. 38 g. The diets (isonitrogenous, 28. 76%) contained L-carnitine at 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 or 250 mg/kg and thyroprotein 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 or 250 mg/kg. Supplementation of 200 mg/kg of L-carnitine and 100 mg/kg of thyroprotein to the diet appeared to be the optimum combination, giving the highest specific growth rate (2. 44%/d), protein efficiency (2. 39%), plumpness (3. 98%) and protein content (14. 30%) and the lowest liver index (1.05%).
